CIRCUIT REGULATIONS

1.The User of the current circuits in San Martino del Lago, Strada Giuseppina n. 2 (the
“Circuit”), managed by the company Cremona Circuit Srl, with headquarters in Rubano (PD) via Marconi, n.
48/A, CF/P.IVA 04902740283 (the “Manager”) declares to have read and accepted
without reservation this general regulation (the “Circuit Regulations” or the
“Regulation”), undertaking to comply with the provisions contained therein.
2. General provisions
2.1. This Regulation governs entry into the Circuit, including inter alia
route, premises, systems, equipment and any other property present in the Circuit itself, and the
conduct of its Users.
2.2. The Manager will have the right to integrate and derogate from this Regulation by means of
changes to be published on your own web page and in the spaces of the Circuit; such
modifications/additions will represent an integral part of this Regulation
for all legal purposes. The Manager may operate within the Circuit through its own
employees/collaborators/delegates/etc..
2.3. If the User violates one or more provisions of these Regulations, the User may
be immediately removed from the Circuit by order of the Manager; in this case
The removed User will not be entitled to any refund and/or compensation.
2.4. The User who violates these Regulations will be obliged to compensate/indemnify
any damage suffered by other users and/or by the Manager himself/herself
employees/collaborators/delegates/etc. as a consequence of the harmful conduct they have engaged in.
3. Method of entry into the Circuit
3.1. The User’s entry into the Circuit is permitted in the following cases: a) subjects to the following
of the admitted vehicles; b) public/escorts/technicians/sponsors/etc. .
3.2. Minors are not admitted unless accompanied by adults exercising parental authority.
parents and/or their delegates, who will be responsible for the minor’s conduct.
3.3. The entry of vehicles to the Circuit is permitted in the following cases: a) vehicles admitted in the
route and vehicles carrying the permitted vehicles, as well as their accessories; b) vehicles carrying the
public/escorts/technicians/sponsors/etc..
3.4. The provisions of the Legislative Decree of 30 April apply and will be applied on the internal roads of the Circuit.
1992, n. 285 and subsequent amendments and additions (hereinafter for brevity the “Code of
Road”), and vehicles travelling there must maintain a speed lower than 10 km/h or the
different speed provided by law.
3.5. The User admitted to the Circuit is required i) not to enter reserved spaces and/or spaces for which
access has been prohibited, ii) to stop only in the indicated places, iii) to observe the rules of
circulation and the prohibitions imposed by the Manager and/or by applicable legislation and/or by the practice of the
sector, iv) to comply with the provisions provided by the Manager, to respect and not to damage
the structures of the Circuit and the movable assets present therein; in any case the User must take into account
of the activity carried out within the Circuit and adapt its conduct to contingent situations.
The User undertakes to leave the Circuit clean, obligating himself not to abandon waste
dangerous or bulky items (such as, by way of example and not limited to, batteries,
tires, electrical material, mechanical parts) in the Circuit area.
3.6. It is forbidden to bring dogs or other animals.
4. Use of the facilities
4.1 The track and other facilities of the Circuit may be granted for use, limited to
periods and times established by the Manager, subject to compliance with this
Regulation and the payment of the related fees, for one of the following purposes: a)
carrying out tourist traffic activities, in compliance with the provisions of the Code of
Road; b) sporting competition, in compliance with federal rules/regulations and practice
of the sector.
4.2. The concession for use referred to in paragraph 4.1. may be denied, suspended or interrupted by the
Manager, at his sole discretion, without obligation to provide justification.
4.3. The rules set out in the following chapters apply to the use of the route.
5. General rules for using the track
5.1. For all activities other than sporting competitions, the following rules will apply on the track:

5.2. Admission to the course is subject to i) the signing of the code of conduct
to which this Regulation is attached; ii) upon delivery of the documentation proving
the existence of the requirements for access and use of the Circuit; iii) the payment of the fee
due; iv) upon viewing the mandatory technical briefing sent electronically, where
all the rules for using the track were illustrated, with particular reference to the
signal flags, and the behavior to be adopted in cases reported by the stewards
of the route; v) to any further contractually established and/or necessary task by the
current legislation and/or for safety and/or health reasons.
5.3 Admission to the track of adult Users is subject to the following:
additional conditions: a) that the driver of the car and/or motorbike is in possession of a valid driving licence
validity, the driving licence must be shown in original, b) that the driver of the Kart is
provided with a valid identity document and/or passport; c) that the driver
vehicle, in case of theft or loss of the driving license, is equipped with a theft report or
loss of the original and of a document proving the renewal of the driving licence in progress
in original; in this case the driver must present an identity document in progress
validity; c) in the case of a sporting competition, to the actual membership in progress and/or to the different
title required.
5.4. Admission to the track for minors is subject to the following additional conditions:
conditions: a) possession of an A driving licence or a pink slip or, alternatively, a regular sports licence
valid competitive sports card; b) presence of the person exercising parental authority; the person exercising parental authority
parents must sign the Code of Conduct – Circuit Regulations upon entry
of the route, and show your identity document and leave a copy of it; c) for the
user of the racing circuit only, it is necessary to have read, together with the
minor, of the technical briefing sent electronically, where all the rules of
use of the route, with particular reference to the signal flags, and to the
behavior to be adopted in cases reported by the course marshals; d) in the absence
of the person exercising parental authority, the activities referred to in the previous letters b) and c) must be carried out
by a delegate, equipped with a specific and valid delegation issued by the person exercising the authority
parental, accompanied by a copy of a valid identity document of the delegating party;
in this case, the signing of the code of conduct, to which this regulation is attached,
must be carried out by the delegate. Prior to entry, the route will be
signed by the delegate, who must also show and release a copy of his/her own document
of identity; the delegate undertakes to indemnify and hold harmless the Manager from any
harm which the minor may suffer inter alia as a consequence of damages suffered/caused by the minor
and the invalidity/ineffectiveness/unenforceability of the signed code of conduct. It remains to

5.5. The User is obliged to comply with the instructions and prescriptions given by the personnel
to the route assigned by the Manager, in addition to the signs present on the Circuit.
5.6. Motorbike drivers are required to enter the track wearing an approved helmet.

5.8 Kart drivers are required to enter the track wearing a helmet and
of approved clothing.
5.9 Only vehicles equipped with silencers or dbkillers, technically adequate, suitable for the particular traffic activity on the track, with
tires in good condition; the existence of this requirement is certified by the User
upon signing the code of conduct, without prejudice to the Manager’s right
to prevent the use of the Circuit by vehicles deemed not to comply with what is certified
by the User and/or as required by the legislation and industry practice and/or as
necessary to comply with the Circuit’s safety standards.
5.10. It is forbidden to transport people and/or things on motorcycles or karts.
5.11. It is forbidden to transport people and/or things on motor vehicles, with the exception of
presence of the instructor/qualified person during courses and/or events and/or
events in which the presence of the passenger in the vehicle is permitted by the regulations and/or by the
practices (such as “safe driving” courses – “Open Pit Lane” – “Corporate incentives”, etc.), subject to the
subscription by the aforementioned passenger to the Code of Conduct –
Circuit Regulations.
5.12. The number of vehicles that can circulate on the route at the same time will be
established from time to time by the Track Managers, at their sole discretion.
5.13 If the Manager displays a stop signal (flag) at a point on the route
(red) vehicles circulating on the route will be required to slow down and bring themselves
immediately towards the nearest exit at a speed and with the attention appropriate to the
reported dangerous situation. They will also have to comply with any other
order and/or provision of the Manager. To this end, the User declares to know the meaning
of the flags in common use, the meaning of which is in any case explained in the Circuit.
5.14 Drivers of vehicles are prohibited from getting out of the vehicles and from walking in the
route and its vicinity. In the event of a forced stop, the driver must bring
as far away from the track as possible and wait for the service personnel to arrive.
5.15 Vehicles must travel in an anti-clockwise direction on the car-motorcycle circuit and in a clockwise direction on the
time on the kart circuit. Any dangerous maneuver is absolutely prohibited, in particular
reverse or turn in the opposite direction, make sudden changes of direction and
unjustified, proceed in reverse; all this even for short distances.
5.16. Outside of sporting competitions, speed races and/or betting are prohibited.
6. Sports competitions – Granting of the Circuit to event organizers
car, motorcycle and karting – recreational and sporting
6.1 The subjects (the “Organisers”) who have been granted the use of the Circuit for the purpose of use,
for any reason whatsoever, by a plurality of third parties are required to have each one subscribed
third user of the Circuit the authorizations required by the sporting authorities and
competent administrative bodies and the Code of Conduct – Circuit Regulations
6.2. The competition modalities will be submitted in advance to the Manager, who
reserves the right to impose the adoption, at the expense of the Organizers, of those measures it deems appropriate
– at its sole discretion – necessary and/or appropriate for the safety and decorum of the
Circuit, as well as to provide directly at the expense of the Organizers for all or part of the
of the services in the event of their inertia. The granting of use of the Circuit to the Organizers
in any case, this will not entail any liability on the part of the Manager in relation to the performance
of the event, in any case without prejudice to the provisions of art. 6.3.
6.3. The Organizers will indemnify and hold the Manager harmless from any damage
these must suffer due to circumstances arising from and/or connected to the use of the Circuit by
own and/or of the plurality of third-party users.
6.4 In the event of a conflict between the clauses contained in any concession contract in
use concluded between each Organizer and the Manager, the aforementioned contract will always prevail over the
this Regulation.
7. Economic conditions
7.1. Entrance to and use of the Circuit is subject to payment of the fee established by
Manager. In the event of events, demonstrations and related tests, the economic conditions will be
established from time to time by the Manager based on the nature, duration and importance of the
events themselves, as well as based on the services requested.
7.2. Payment of the fee will be made upon entry into the Circuit.
7.3. In the event that the Users use the Circuit for a time exceeding that
agreed, the Users will be obliged to integrate the fee according to the price list
applicable. The Manager will never be obliged to grant use of the Circuit to the Users
for a longer time than initially agreed.
7.4. In the event of failure or partial use of the Circuit due to adverse conditions
atmospheric and/or for safety and/or health reasons and/or due to force majeure, is
excluding the reimbursement of the consideration as well as any compensation and/or damages. In the event of
failure/partial use due to an act attributable to the Manager, will be due by the User
only the amount corresponding to the actual duration of use; the User for his part
waives from now on any compensation and/or further compensation.
