The Data Protection program covers reservations for any eventuality (rain, work-related unforeseen circumstances, family unforeseen circumstances, date changes, etc.)
It must be stipulated at the time of booking.
The latter can also be added to bookings with “recovery vouchers” as long as they are for the full amount (e.g. €120.00 – €170.00 – €140.00 – €190.00).
If the “recovery voucher” is not worth the same amount as the price of a half-day weekday or weekend, or a full-day weekday or weekend, the protection provided cannot be stipulated on the booking.
Reservations with “recovery vouchers” must be made directly online; simply enter the code on the recovery voucher on the checkout page.
Please note that reservations with recovery vouchers made without date protection cannot be moved or cancelled, as the voucher will be voided and cannot be used again.
Circuit users, such as drivers of cars, motorcycles, or karts, whether owned by the Contractor or by the users themselves; provided that their access is recorded in the Contractor’s official registers, and such registers must include the user’s personal details, time of access, type of vehicle used, whether owned by the user or by the Contractor, and time of exit.
Definition of injury:
An accident is considered to be any event due to a fortuitous, violent and external cause that produces objectively verifiable personal injuries resulting in death or total or partial permanent disability.
Operation of the guarantee:
The guarantee applies exclusively to injuries suffered by the Insured while using the track owned by the Policyholder, provided that everything is done in full compliance with the Policyholder’s rules and regulations and with the established protections.
The RCT coverage value is €1,500,000.00
B: The operation of the coverage is subject to immediate use of the Emergency Room.
